Marie is a believer in building strong cohesive teams and developing emerging leaders among employees. Marie’s management style is to create environments that facilitate continual improvement, management, governance and the participation requirements of a large ECE centre, with staff who are motivated and contribute to the learning and development space for children. Marie’s strengths lie in operational management which is supported by an in-depth understanding of HR practices and management knowledge. Marie’s work includes supporting and assisting other centres to implement systems that allow for growth and improvement of their business. Marie understands early childhood education from an operational day to day perspective can help others grasp concepts in a practical way. Marie also has a substantial understanding around curriculum requirements across all layers in early childhood education. Marie’s passion is to help others’ identify and build on their own leadership strengths. Marie is currently working towards a degree in Applied Management.
